In recent years, the relationship between parents and teenagers has faced increasing challenges. The changes specific to adolescence, external pressures, and differences in perspective can create tension, misunderstandings, and emotional distance.

In this regard, we propose a series of several hours of workshops dedicated to parents and their teenagers who want to improve their relationship, understand each other better, and build a safe space for communication, exploration, and connection, all of which are configured by a general framework of movement and the use of the body as a vehicle/means of communication.

Through practical exercises, creative activities, and guided reflection, we aim to support the parent-teenager relationship and provide experiences that can be integrated into everyday life.
